Hello Retail (formerly addwish) business is growing - that's why they are looking for a customer-centric Account Executive who is willing to go out of way and take personal responsibility for the successful delivery of their services.

Based out of Copenhagen, Denmark, they are serving the Nordics and The Netherlands with a steady growing multicultural team. 

They are bringing personalisation and conversion rate optimisation tools to the SMB e-commerce segment. Their services can include the likes of personal newsletter content, triggered emails, intelligent search functionality and data driven product recommendations. 

Customer satisfaction is essential to them, and their customers have come to expect a great deal from them, which is why they want to increase the number of hands on deck - This is where you come in, and why they need you right now! 

The optimal candidate: 

  • You speak Norwegian fluently. Alternatively, you have proven track record from sales to Norwegian B2B clients.
  • You like to talk to people and know how to sell to new customers over the phone with a smile on your face - you have been doing it at least for the last 2 years - and you love it!
  • You also know how to support existing customers with focus account management and upsale opportunities.
  • You love to exceed goals and expectations.
  • You work independently and have extensive experience in B2B sales and digital services (preferrably SaaS solutions). 
  • You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
  • You know it requires effort and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
  • You have basic Internet/Web knowledge, but are not necessarily a geek. 

 

Job description 

  • You will work closely with the Nordic sales manager and your other new colleagues to scale and maintain the Norwegian market.
  • You will assume responsibility for building a strong customer base and take part in further scaling their business. You will handle the entire sales process from prospecting to first contact with the decision maker, on to pitching and closing the deal. Hereafter, you will take on the onboarding process with help from their account managers.
  • You will follow up on the success of your customers and seek opportunities to further expand your cooperation and ensure that they continue to be happy customers.
  • You will utilize your ever-expanding professional network, your knowledge of the Norwegian market, and various social media and forums to the extent you consider it necessary to offer their service to webshops. 

 

Additional expectations to the right candidate: 

  • You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing - in both Norwegian and English. 
  • Experience from a competitive sales force with high volume and energy levels.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Own drive, self motivation and creativity.
  • Experience in negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Team player mentality - They need everybody to succeed.
  • Eye on the ball - you must be able to work systematically and methodically to consistently achieve your goals.
  • A strong customer focus - they expect only the best service and addwish strive to offer exactly that.
