You will be part of a cheerful team in our new office in Copenhagen. Your personal mission is to drive new business and grow sales to exceed targets within appointed international markets. 

As our new Account Manager you will contribute to our further success, if:  

  • You have a dedicated working method and a high activity level;  
  • You have minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience (minimum requirement);
  • You communicate effectively with C-level decision makers;
  • You have a talent for closing the deal, are driven by results and want to demonstrate your sales excellence;  
  • It's required that you speak and write Danish and English. Either Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch or French is a plus but not a requirement.

Your job responsibilities: 

  • Accountable for personally executing all activities throughout the sales process;
  • Smoothly take over and drive Sales Qualified Leads, delivered by our Inbound Marketing and Sales Development Specialist teams, into new business and grow existing customers to meet sales targets within your appointed international markets;
  • Engage with prospect decision makers in C-level and HR and take full responsibility of moving the customer buying process toward closing; 
  • Network via phone, email and social media to grow new opportunities and maximise customer benefit;
  • Create new business opportunities with new customers through own personal contacts and networking. From inspiring dialogues, live online product presentations and closing. 
  • Propel value proposition based dialogues and make live online solution presentations that wow prospects;
  • Seek support from other eloomi teams to deliver the best possible outcomes in customer dialogues, offers and contracts; 
  • Advise as business and product specialist and close the deal before securely handing over the customer implementation responsibility to our Customer Success Management team; 
  • Maintain customer relationships, and execute and deliver on the potential; 
  • Keep yourself up-to-date on product understanding and value propositions and maintain a deep understanding of your territory and industry;
  • Deliver a strong weekly forecast, submit accuracy on deal levels and be on top of Opportunity Management. 


Your qualities:  

  • You have a strong high performer drive and deal closer mentality; 
  • You have minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience;
  • It's imperative that you are proficient in spoken and written Danish and English; 
  • Maybe you are also highly proficient in one or more of these languages, spoken and written: Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, French;  
  • You are motivated by opportunities, competition and high activity incentives;  
  • You are positive and work closely with all internal stakeholders; 
  • You are highly aware of and respect the work of colleagues whom have sown the seeds you skilfully reap; 
  • You communicate in a professional way and drive genuine conversations with decision makers;  
  • You master the entire range of value propositions needed for successful dialogues with prospects;  
  • You know how and when to use the techniques in your sales toolbox and you know your own potential; 
  • You are at home in online tools and a quick learner;  
  • You are self-driven and work independently and focused with your areas of responsibility; 
  • You lead the way and exercise our ONE eloomi values.


Your package:  

  • Attractive compensation model with fixed salary and variable commission based on your qualifications within the target range of DKK 600-800,000 yearly;
