Statum is recruiting on behalf of Ageras for an Account Manager position in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

For 6 years, Ageras has been connecting clients with accountants and accountants in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. Their success story started in Copenhagen, but now it's time for an exciting new chapter: the opening of their office in Amsterdam!

Would you like to be part of this exciting journey and contribute to the growth and presence of Ageras in the Netherlands? Good news: they are still looking for a motivated Account Manager. 

Their Account Managers build long-term trust relationships with their partners, which are accounting firms across the Netherlands. As an Account Manager, it is your responsibility to build your own partner portfolio, oversee and manage your portfolio, nurture relationships with partners, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities. 

Specifically, you’ll: 

• Build trust relationships with partners 
• Sell Ageras’ services and approach new partners 
• Follow and achieve individual sales goals 
• Act as point of contact for your partner portfolio and manage your portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success 
• Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure partner satisfaction 
• Respond promptly to partner queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension 
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth 
• You can expect to be on the Dutch roads on a weekly basis, to visit existing partners and prospects. 

Requirements

Are you currently working as an Account Manager or in a similar role, but do you want to join Ageras in a brand new adventure? If you recognize yourself in the description below, they are interested in meeting you: 

• You have near-native Dutch and conversational English language skills 
• You have at least 1 year of experience with sales or account management. 
• You are described as reliable, assertive and energetic. 
• You have strong communication skills. 
• You are a born negotiator. 
• You radiate self-confidence. 
• Working under pressure does not scare you, because you love deadlines and ambitious goals. 
• You are in possession of a valid driving license.
