Snowminds is a young, fast-growing company that helps young people achieve their dreams of spending a season in the snow as a ski or snowboard instructor. Our primary job is to recruit future instructors to a number of ski schools. Last year we hired over 900 ski instructors and helped them travel to Austria, Australia, Canada, Japan and Lesotho, Africa! Snowminds Group - Finance department intern

As our intern, you will become an important member of our team of 20+ dedicated and deeply passionate employees. You will work closely with our finance managers, who have extensive experience in finance, accounting, systems and process optimization. Your learning curve will be steep and you should be prepared to take responsibility in the above areas. The position as an intern:

We will work with you to plan tasks that are relevant for your studies. Your tasks include:

• Accounting tasks in an international set-up

• Handle debtor and creditor handling with our financially responsible team

• Handle payments (bank, credit card, etc.)

• Create reports and analysis in Excel (including learning how to use formulas and codes)

• Data analysis

• Contribute in automating accounting tasks (building of new processes, guidelines etc.)

• Work towards deadlines with a passionate and competent team

Qualifications:

It is expected that you are ready to take responsibility and manage tasks on your own. Tasks will be completed in both teams and individually, but you must be prepared to work independently with good support from the rest of the team.

More specific qualifications:

• A winning personality and a motivation to be part of a young and energetic team

• A relevant educational background

Practicalities:
