When a Data Scientist produces a 5-line Python model for Machine Learning which takes 30 years to run in his development environment, it is the 2021.AI systems delivered by our product development teams which ensure it can run in the time to brew a cup of tea instead of 30 years. The Position we offer

At 2021.AI we are looking for a Project Manager to lead new AI initiatives. You will initiate AI projects focused on building Machine Learning models and integrating the code into business applications. Our project models are Agile with an additional focus on reducing additional complexity project teams will experience when working with new AI technology.

Your role will encompass:

You will be responsible for end to end project management with an Agile mindset. You will manage multiple projects, so key attributes will include excellent communication, coordination, and implementation which are key so that 2021.AI delivery of projects are within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. You will also be involved in Proposal and Bid Management. You must always ensure that all your projects are always aligned with the overall 2021.AI strategy, commitments and ambitious goals.

 As 2021.AI supports organizations across EMEA, some travelling in EMEA is expected (a couple of days a month).

You will be reporting to the Head of Global Delivery at 2021.AI.

Skills & Experience:

• Three plus years of Project Management experience in business-driven IT projects
• A technical or a management consulting background, with hands-on experience in software development
• Project certification from a reputable project management institute
• Strong communications skills
• Passion to learn new things, techniques and technologies
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field
