Our service is right now live in Ethiopia and starting to give some of the unbanked communities a better chance to improve they’re our life’s. What we are looking for

We are looking for a student developer that can help with the future development of our app (or services), so if you want to learn and be part of an evolving tech startup with a real desire to make an impact for a lot of people, you might be the one we are looking for.

You should have knowledge in programming, perhaps even JavaScript used together with either React or Node, but it could also be from other programming languages. We use React native to do the app development, so it will be a plus if you have some experience in either React or React native. We do think that the right person could quickly learn what’s needed to help our team to progress from idea to real working solution.

The person should have a strong desire to make a real impact for a lot of people as this is also a driving force for the rest of the team. Definition and implementation will be done in close collaboration with the CTO, so you will not be on your own but will be guided to improve your skills. No doubt the position means that you get a real influence on the solution.

Main technologies used 

- React Native for app development, minor parts are implemented in native code.

- NodeJS used for serverless services

- Python for machine learning
