Green Tech Challenge is looking for a Project Manager that will be in charge of the international challenges and will ensure their smooth execution. (Lisbon Office)

Goal:

• To make sure Green Tech Challenges run smoothly and all the stakeholders are in place.

Main tasks:

• Communication/coordination with all the stakeholders (corporate partners, startups, investors, venue, and keynote speakers);
• Administrative tasks related to the growth programmes;
• Creating schedules and booking venues and catering for the events;
• Logistics on site during the challenges;
• Booking of flights/accommodation for the GTC team members;
• Reporting to programme managers on the status of each programme;
• Communication and alignment between all the departments at Green Tech Challenge;
• Creation and documentation of processes and procedures in preparation for growth programmes;
• Improvement and optimisation of processes to reach the best results;
• Participation in shaping the company’s strategy.

• Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels;
• Great eye for detail;
• Proactivity and a can-do attitude;
• Great organisational and managerial skills;
• High proficiency of written and spoken English;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work;

• Excellent IT skills;
• High level of responsibility and perfectionism 

We expect that you have several of the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Business Strategy or similar;
• 5+ years work experience in a project management position or similar;
• Previous work experience in an international organisation where English was a prevalent work language;
• Previous experience in managing vast projects with successful results;
• Previous experience in a leadership position and team management;
