THE POSITION
As DANSIC's Project Coordinator you will report to the organisation's board. You will have the duty of fostering an environment and practices that help DANSIC's respective teams achieve their aims. There are multiple internal teams so you will need to build strong rapport with the respective teams and their directors. It is essential that you bring personal communication skills, and that you can be an important bridge across frames of understanding. It is important that you can communicate the important details across teams, while encouraging an environment where members can effectively gain a general overview of current activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
You should be a current or recently graduated student with skills in cross- communication. You should have an eye for project coordination. You should be able to work independently, but in tandem with others when neccersary. Absolutely neccersary is the willingness to socialise with, learn from and engage with others.
SPECIFIC TASKS
Your tasks will be:
Gaining an overview of all the organisation's activities
Telling volunteers about what is happening
Providing a 'go-to person' for internal general enquiries
Publishing an internal monthly newsletter
REQUIREMENTS
On average, you will work around 8-10 hours per week, from fall 2019 until early summer 2020, where our Annual General Meeting will be held. The number of hours will be different from week to week. There will be a mandatory weekly meeting with your crew, every Tuesday and monthly events for all of DANSIC's volunteers. The ability to communicate professionally in Danish is complimentary but not a requirement. The position is voluntary.
