Your core function will be to welcome, qualify and nurture leads from the nordic region that have come through various marketing channels at multiple stages of the funnel, but primarily top-of-funnel that have engaged with the brand's free content. We have validated that there is value in calling leads but want to take the next step in exploring this by bringing on someone we are confident can scale, evaluate and optimise this process working closely with our marketing and sales team, with rich opportunity to grow.

You should be extroverted, charismatic and have a high sense of personal accountability. You are eager to pursue excellence and put ego aside to assess yourself and think independently when optimising your calling process. You are energetic, can communicate on your toes and possess strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence. We are not looking for a perfectionist but someone who values rapid testing, growth and learning. You value mistakes as learning opportunities and know when to seek help. Above all, you take ownership of your task and accountable for your KPIs. Swedish og Norwegian mother tongue would be a big PLUS.
You may have years of experience or are new to the position but know you can thrive given the opportunity. Salary will be dependant on experience. We are open to students.

How will your success be measured:
- Increased revenue attributed to calls and activation
- Metrics including conversion rate calls per day and more.
- When a positive ROI is established you will hire and train new colleagues to maximize revenue growth.
Examples of daily tasks:
You will have a list of leads that have made an order with us in the last week. You will call them up to ask about their presentation, identify who they are and what kind of organisation they work for, and may introduce them to other services, such as our corporate subscriptions. You record details of the call in the CRM and may follow up.
Another example may be cold-calling leads who have entered their phone number when trying us out. They have shown interest in our product and it's your role to call them up, identify who they are and the organisation they work for and ask for feedback on the order. The goal is to welcome them and put a face (or voice) to the brand. You will identify interesting opportunities and coordinate with the sales team on engaging them further.
