About bio børsten

bio børsten makes sustainable toothbrushes made from bamboo. Every year more than 3.500.000.000 (yep - that’s billions) plastic toothbrushes are consumed, resulting in approximately 70.000 tonnes of plastic waste. bio børsten is an entirely biodegradable toothbrush that aims to reduce plastic waste and give conscious consumers a sustainable and health-friendly alternative to plastic toothbrushes. bio børsten’s values are sustainability, user-centered design and health-first. The company’s founder, dentist Frederik Hallengren, designed the toothbrush with these core values as guiding principles.

The role

As a business intern with bio børsten you will get the opportunity to follow the early life of a sustainable start-up in close proximity. You will become familiar with both the everyday tasks involved in running a company and what the larger strategic decisions are. Right now our company is growing and we need help with strategic analysis, business administration and sales, which we hope that you can help us with as part of the bio børsten team.

Your responsibilities

• During your internship your core responsibilities will be:
• Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads
• Analysing opportunities to develop our business and products
• Preparing sales reports and financial forecasts
• Performing sales calls and/or visits with potential resellers of our product
• Doing some administrative and other ad-hoc tasks

Practical info

We are flexible about the form in which you engage and therefore invite you to apply whether you are looking for a full-time internship or only have the possibility to work 15-20 hours per week next to study or work.
