You prefer to code by example, rather than reading a thousand pages of specification. You enjoy technical puzzles and figuring out the underlying implementation of the systems you interact with. You might even have created elegant solutions for boring manual processes based on scraping.

We've been building a very successful personal finance platform, Spiir, for the last 7 years. Lately, we have carved out some of the main technologies of Spiir and turned them into B2B solutions allowing companies to build innovative solutions on top of data from Nordic banks. We call this solution Nordic API Gateway.

We want to grow our bank integrations team. They turn the results of reverse-engineering iOS & Android mobile apps into sustainable production grade APIs. We need you to supervise our code quality and put even more APIs into production on network traces delivered by our reverse engineers.

Through the Nordic API Gateway, the team created access for our customers to more than 350 banks. Before that launch, no public APIs were available in this industry. We successfully re-implemented more than a handful of industry-wide heavily hardened black box security frameworks along with numerous device binding solutions. We have extensive monitoring capabilities and we always strive to be a step ahead of any roadblocks.

We expect you to

• Be an experienced C# / .NET developer
• Be hardworking and dedicated to the product and high-quality code
• Have experience of integrating with different APIs
• Have knowledge of cryptography in .NET and different serialization formats
• Have real experience of delivering high quality and reliable software

Bonus points

• Solid design & architecture skills
• Intimate knowledge of HTTP, you might even have written your own HTTP stack
• Linux and Python skills
• Experience with reverse engineering
• Experience with Azure and Service Fabric
• Good knowledge of IT security
