We're looking for a skilled CSO with experience in scaling an international sales organisation. The mission is +10 offices and +100 salespeople within the next 3 years. Currently we have offices in Copenhagen, Aalborg, Stockholm and soon London. Lenus is a rapidly growing B2B2C, all-in-one platform and consultancy house for online fitness coaches and other health professionals. Beside offering an innovative platform for online coaches, we also help the coaches scale their businesses.


Lenus provides an intelligent platform to some of the most prominent online coaches. The platform catalyzes more precise diagnostics, better products with higher level of customization and more efficient working processes. Beside offering the platform, we help our coaches scale their business with dedicated account managers and marketing teams specialized in online customer acquisition and retention for online coaching.

The ambition is to be the worldwide leading platform for online coaches. Our vision is to democratize the online coaches and help the best coaches scale their businesses and improve their service level. We have experienced rapid growth with double-digit growth rates from day one - and has reached a monthly platform revenue of + 7M DKK within the first 3 years in business.  

Our HQ, where you as CSO will have you daily workday, is located at Langelinie in Copenhagen. Besides that we have offices with local account managers in Aalborg and Stockholm and a London office in Q42019. Within the next three years, the ambition is to open up +10 new offices, with aggregated +100 account managers.

We're looking for a CSO with a proven track-record in building up and leading an international sales organisation with +50 FTEs.

As Chief Sales Officer at Lenus eHealth you will:

  • Take charge in ensuring the right processes and scale the sales organisation from 10 to +100 FTEs on an international level 
  • Assume responsibility for all sales-related activities including sales strategy, establishing/monitoring the KPIs for the department and reporting to the CEO
  • Mentor our Account Management team ensuring their constant professional growth and lending a helping hand in pushing difficult deals over the finish line
  • Be responsible for identifying trends, opportunities and threats in our industry to maintain our position ahead of the competition
  • Work closely with our CEO to effectively plan and forecast sales targets
  • Travel frequently when setting up new offices and visit the account managers around the different offices.

We expect the future Chief Sales Officer at Lenus eHealth to:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in building an international sales organization and managing +50 FTEs
  • Possess either professional experience or a strong personal passion for health and/or fitness
  • Thrive on the opportunity to build and develop a world class sales team
  • Be an open, honest leader who enjoys managing diverse teams across borders
