Despite our impressive growth, we can still get better...and bigger. In order to achieve our goals, it is now the time to bring onboard our first Chief Sales Officer. 


As Chief Sales Officer at Lenus eHealth you will:

  • Assume responsibility for all sales-related activities including sales strategy, establishing/monitoring the KPIs for the department and reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Mentor our Key Account Management team ensuring their constant professional growth and lending a helping hand in pushing difficult deals over the finish line
  • Be responsible for identifying trends, opportunities and threats in our industry to maintain our position ahead of the competition
  • Work closely with our CEO to effectively plan and forecast sales targets


We expect the future Chief Sales Officer at Lenus eHealth to:

  • Possess a deep and thorough knowledge of the health & fitness industry through demonstrated personal/professional experience
  • Have experience in managing prior sales team/department for at least 3-5 years
  • Thrive on the opportunity to build and develop a world class sales team
  • Be an open, honest leader who enjoys managing diverse teams across borders
