The Opportunity

We are looking for a client onboarding specialist (DK) to be a key member of the sales team in a newly established function. The local sales team currently consists of key account managers who sell the Roger product to businesses, accounting firms and bookkeepers all over Denmark. 

Smoothly onboarding new clients, and help existing customers do more with Roger are key factors in the future success of the business, and we’re looking for someone to lead that effort for the Danish market. You’ll be part of the sales team, but you won’t have any outbound sales related responsibilities. Your responsibility will be to ensure a high quality in the onboarding of new customers, give product demos to companies that have already been sold on the product, and help existing customers get the most value out of using Roger. Training the staff of our accounting firm partners is another important aspect of this role - something that will require local travel once in a while. 

If time permits, you probably won’t be shy to pick up sales demos with new leads. On the client onboarding side, you will set the standard, create new processes from scratch, and be a driver of customer success and client onboarding.

Your profile

- You’re driven, energetic and love to talk to customers on the phone and via chat/email

- You’re able to clearly articulate solutions in a simple and direct fashion

- Technical product demos don’t scare you (don’t worry, you’ll get extensive training!)

- Your bar for excellence and customer success is high

- Your comfortable guiding customers through their product journey and are always curious for how we can automate and improve the process for the future

- A background in accounting is a plus, but not a must.

- Your drive and ability to learn quickly are much more important than your educational or professional background.
