Your Job And Responsibilities

As our CMO, you will work full time and play an important role in scaling our company, reaching a global and growing market:

  • Developing global and competitive digital sales and marketing strategies.
  • Recruiting, training and leading our sales and marketing team.
  • Implementing and running hands-on marketing efforts.
  • Selecting, setting-up and running our sales and marketing software, including tracking solutions.
  • Negotiating and making deals with major clients.
  • Participate in the management of our company, making strategic decisions and taking a broader responsibility.

Qualifications

An ideal partner would be highly creative, independent, disciplined, a team player & wanting to make a difference in the world. You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Master’s degree and 3 to 6 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to outline a competitive B2B marketing strategy, reaching targets and multiply revenue.
  • In depth and hands-on experience with digital marketing, e.g. content marketing, mobile strategies, social media marketing, SEO, video marketing, PPC Ads, conversion rate optimization etc.
  • Experience with scaling SaaS and closing B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a people person.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.

You will join as one of three partners and work from our vibrant and dynamic co-working facilities at Islands Brygge, Copenhagen. You will receive a base pay at the outset combined with strong incentive pay possibilities. As partner, you will also acquire ownership shares in the company. Our initial business target is to reach 100 customers, which we estimate would value our company at $4 million.
