Sp8ces transforms restaurants and other beautiful locations, that are predominantly evenings only or have excess capacity, to a network of inspiring coworking spaces for people to work and meet during day. We have launched our MVP in terms of first locations and have paying members. We are now looking for exceptional co-founders that want to be part of an exciting startup journey, develop the business and reach for the stars.

We are looking for a CCO/ Co-Founder candidate who is motivated, very enthusiastic and proactive about driving impact in a start-up.

Your Background / What we’re looking for:

Business development and sales strategy, digital user acquisition, direct selling and product management, preferably in the technology, SaaS or hospitality space. It is a big advantage, if you have documented experience from growing and scaling a subscription service.

Main tasks:

• Lead user acquisition through various channels ranging from direct selling, partnership with 3rd parties, pipeline development to digital growth hacking.
• Lead sales employees and partners to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Participate in expansion activities (new supply partnerships, partnership evaluation, partnership implementation, business model development)
• Oversee daily operations of the company. Assist CEO in fundraising ventures.

Requirements:

• Extensive and succesful experience of growing users – preferably BtB.
• Experience scaling a business.
• Operational experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, integrity and general top performer.
• Ambitious and hard-working.

While you likely have an impressive background from a top business school - you are as enthusiastic about serving a cup coffee for our members as you are about selling our concept for a top 100-client. In other words, you are extremely hands-on and understand that nobody in an early phase startup is too big to do all that is needed on a daily basis.     

You will get the chance to get a major role and significantly impact and develop a new start-up. We all work from our locations, where we take on the hat as hospitality managers for our members while getting on with all our other tasks. And you will get the chance to own significant equity in an early-phase startup.
