Eatie is a growing app and website with more than 6.000 Danish restaurants and 10.000 Swedish restaurants. Food loving people use the app to get inspiration for great dining experiences and to find the best restaurants nearby. We have collected all the restaurants in one app and all their reviews from TripAdvisor, Google and Facebook. We calculate an average score for each restaurant which makes it easier for people to see how a restaurant is rated across many website. This will make it easier for food loving people to find the best restaurant nearby and book a table.
Eatie was co-founded by three experienced Danish entrepreneurs, all sharing a passion for great food and scalable tech business. We're working to make all restaurants easily bookable through a simple app. We've been mentioned in more than 50 local newspapers in Denmark in the last 6 months and we have a massively growing app (Eatie - find it in AppStore and Google Play) and a lot of traffic on our website on www.eatie.se and www.eatie.dk :-)
Our mission is to make it as easy as possible to book a table at any restaurant in the world. Starting with Denmark and now expanding our empire to Sweden as well - but we need your help to do this! :-)
You will join a young team of entrepreneurs and foodies who have build up Eatie from scratch. You will get a lot of skills related to the sales and marketing field and will learn a lot about being a start up. You are going to be working directly with our Head of Sales and Marketing (Josefine Mølholm) and our Co-Founder and Investor (Bo Møller) who share the responsibility of handling sales, PR, communication, user acquisition, restaurant signups, SoMe and onboarding.
You can expect to gain experience with:
Sales funnels and prospecting for customers.
PR for media and articles on Eatie about restaurants, food, food culture etc.
Onboarding and communication with restaurants, users and media.
Blogposts, content on website and case stories.
Wordpress and SEO.
Outbound marketing automation.
SoMe on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Problem solving and fast-paced business development.
Who are you?
Fluent in Swedish or English (written and verbal).
Open minded, positive and eager to learn and gain a lot of awesome experiences
Maybe experienced with the restaurant market (but not required). However, a problem solving attitude along with a passion to learn is what we expect.
You can join us for a 2-6 months internship.

The office + perks
The internship is unpaid. You'll be working from our Office at 24Labs (www.24labs.dk) in Copenhagen, together with 50+ developers, marketing-people and startup-geeks working for HTML24, Eatie, EasyPractice and a bunch of other companies.
The office provides lunch, coffee, table tennis, football, regular friday bars and a great atmosphere.
We prefer applications with links to LinkedIn profiles. Starting October, November, December 2019 or January 2020. The position is fulltime, but we are very flexible. If you live in Sweden, it is possible that you work from home some days during the week.
