The opportunity

To join our team in Copenhagen, we are excited to welcome a Community Associate driven by the desire to optimize our reach and recruiter engine so we can ensure the highest quality of target group testers as well as fast deliverances. As more, you will get a chance to see and impact the transition from a Growth company to an established company, and will be part of establishing innovations throughout the company on this exciting journey.

As Community Associate you will be responsible for targeting, activating and engaging the UserTribe tester community globally. You need to be able to find and engage any person within a specific target group in any market. You will have the possibility to develop and grow into building and managing a recruit team.

Daily tasks

• Own and develop our recruiting engine, built on the advertising engine of social media platforms. The key job will be to constantly optimize it using A/B testing, and leveraging software APIs
• Own the processes around outreach, constantly improving the ability to forecast requirements for testers based on pipeline
• Create test of waves, lead conversions and scaling
• Manage tester Tribe
• Ensure that deadlines are met, and targets achieved or exceeded

Requirements

• Strong background in social media, social advertising and user engagement.
• Knowledge and work experience within marketing and content strategy
• Able to build long term strategy on new and existing reach channels
• Full proficiency in Danish and English both written and verbally

• Well-structured and analytical approach to work tasks
• Able to work in collaboration with other functions within operation to ensure overall improvement
