We have a talent pool structure; our management team is recruited from the very top of their class. On the other hand, we also have a big pool of young talents. This creates some very good dynamics in our company where our young employees can learn from the experts.

The vision of Templafy is extraordinarily ambitious: we’re working to define this new market space of ours with about a billion users in total. Our employees need to be able to work at fast pace, our environment is very “give and take”, you come to work when you want and you can work remotely. While our ambitions are high and our speed is fast, we’re still working sane hours and don’t expect anyone to work 80 hours a week. Happiness is more important than pressure here.

How would a perfect day look in your office?
It would be full of energy and innovation from the first to the last minute of work. Our customers would provide good feedback, and we’d have a new breakthrough on one of our markets, finish optimizing a new process, increase our market reach, or all of these. And then we’d pop the champagne and celebrate.

What are your plans for the future?
We have always pictured Templafy as an international company, and currently we’re raising capital to make way for a major internationalization with a handful of international offices. We expect to proceed as a hyper-growth company over the next 3 years.
