For this new position, we’re looking for a Creative Director that will take lead of our marketing efforts and build our internal digital agency while executing own operational tasks.

You will join our marketing team focusing on digital communication and graphic design, and be a strong contributor as well as the creative lead. Building and maintaining the vision of eloomi you will be working on all levels with the marketing team and sales teams. You take a leading role in securing and executing the marketing strategy. Your passion for up-to-date creative disciplines and caring for the business makes it natural for you to follow the latest trends in online design, advertising and marketing, and to help attracting clients and achieving results.

Maybe you’re in an agency today or want to change toward the agency role and work rhythm. You possibly work as an art director, creative director, copywriter, designer, or you have a similar background and want to show your talent not only for the creative side but also for the business side of digital marketing.

Your basics skills show:

• That you have strong creative skills and can work up new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages in the digital field. You understand design and smart copy, and you can apply a fresh approach to advertising and engagement.
• That you as our new Creative Director can analyse trends, look at new data, keep up and raise the bar for how we execute and what we achieve.
• That decision-making is part of how you execute. Campaigns have timelines, and our Creative Director will need to make decisions to finalise copy, video production, web design, advertising, etc.
• That you can work with the leadership team and with clients on a regular basis, and that you are a good communicator internally and externally.

We’re not in need of a new manager, or anyone who wants to manage a marketing department. We are looking for a strong operational team leader who can take driver’s seat, guide and do practical work in our internal digital marketing agency. 

As team leader you span all relevant creative skills including strategic communication, digital channels, copywriting, graphic design and video production to support the team and demonstrate execution power. We expect you have the experience needed.

Your must-have skills making you a qualified applicant:

• You have the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and convey the good story that the target audience immediately understands. You have great experience in creating good stories, campaigns and digital setups. Maybe you dream about being the future Jonathan Ive.
• You pour out ideas all the time, you see many possible ways two convey a message and you can anchor and execute a high frequency. You’re a hard worker and focused.
• You’re a pro with all the relevant digital tool skills in your backpack, e.g. the Adobe suite, and you can create elements in no time – from the basics to websites, videos and similar.
• You have extensive experience in video and film production, and you can produce and implement these on your own.
• You’re a happy person, have high spirits and want to work in a company with a clear international start-up mentality.

In this new role you will report directly to the leadership team, take responsibility of the marketing team and take lead in the company’s huge focus on marketing activities. Our product design is covered by our product division. This is about corporate and operational branding.
