Mindjumpers is an independent social and creative agency that was founded in Copenhagen 11 years ago. We have had the opportunity to work with some of the best brands in the world, including LEGO Group, the Carlsberg Group, Arla, Skype, Maybelline New York, Ben & Jerry´s and M&M’s to name a few.

The Job

As Creative Director you will, alongside our CEO, be creative lead across most of our campaigns and larger clients. You will head our content team, working with our designers, copywriters and film makers to produce effective and engaging work. As well as providing guidance and developing our content team, you will be a hands-on creative, working on concepts yourself and seeing them through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Creative on multiple campaigns, owning the bulk of concept development

· Participating in client briefings and working with the Client Partners to refine briefs

· Guiding, empowering and developing the members of our content team

· Working with the CEO and Client Partners to develop creative strategies

You

· Have 5+ years of experience working in a creative and/or social agency

· Have an impressive portfolio of effective and creative work, where you personally developed the initial concept

· Are passionate about social media and the digital space

· Are fluent in all social media channels, understanding their strengths, differences and how best to use them

· Have a copywriting background

· Can keep up with and lead multiple projects simultaneously

· Have a strategic mindset, understanding the importance of creating concepts that are aligned with the social strategy and business objectives

· Understand human nature as well as user behavior and can effectively get people to engage with your concepts

· Have experience working with and leading designers, copywriters and film makers

· Have experience creating ideas and scripts for short films, and working with a production team to execute them
