Your mission

The mission for the CSO is to ensure new restaurant partnerships, to develop a proven sales process and laser focused sales lists of potential restaurants for you and the sales team to pick from, screen, recruit, train and manage sales employees, hold people accountable, develop, estimate and list pools of restaurants in new markets.

You will be accountable for new restaurants growth towards our 10 year goal to become among the biggest takeaway providers in the world, in order to have the biggest impact and end world hunger.

The mission will require that you at some point are able to travel and maybe live foreign (e.g. UK), where you will train sales employees and expand Tribe Takeaway into the new market.

You tasks will include:

• LMA (Lead, manage and hold people accountable)

• New restaurants

• Target lists

• Requirements/standards

• Sales goals

• Sales script & proven process

• Gather customer feedback

Your DNA

We are looking for a hungry CSO to take on the full responsible for b2b sales nationally and internationalle, to join us and help Tribe Takeaway take over the world. Do you have what it takes? Do you consider yourself the best? Are you hungry? Based on qualifications, we offer warrants to the right candidate who has expert knowledge/experience as we want you to become part of the Tribe Takeaway group of owners.

• CSO (Chief Sales Officer) or similar role experience

• Minimum 3 years professional b2b sales experience

• Minimum 1-2 years management experience

• Proven track record with a can do attitude and an ambitious mindset

• Able to lead, manage and hold people accountable

• Can sell in person as well as on the phone.

• Experience with sales in the takeaway or restaurant industry from either a competitor or similar company.

  
  

Preferable but not a must:

• Startup experience
