SEEKNSPEAK A/S is on a mission to disrupt a 5 Billion DDK stagnate recruitment market. We help companies build strong organizations by attracting relevant candidates to apply for vacant jobs and selecting the right candidates for interviews. Our unique services are based on marketing techniques in a recruitment context where video is the core of our services. SEEKNSPEAK A/S has existed since 2017 and was founded by experienced serial-entrepreneurs.


We are now looking for a CTO to help us shape the future of SEEKNSPEAK, with a main focus on our latest product launch FACE the MARKET.

FACE the MARKETs vision is to be the place where available resources ready for employment are found easily. Our ambition is that we have facilitated 5.000 job matches in 2023. We will do this through our easy to use video cv platform, build on AI, that ensures high quality matches. And in partnerships with municipalities and unions we will fight and reduce unemployment and productivity issues in our society.

FACE the MARKET is currently in the early MVP stage, but has funding to execute GoToMarket and initial scaling

 

You will lead the further development of this video cv market place platform and the video screening software. This include:

• management of the development budget, backlog, incl. specifying requirements (user stories), and in general be responsible for both roadmap planning, scope management and sprint planning. You will be responsible for release management (prep. tech. release plans), test planning and IT operations and you will work in close cooperation with the CEO

• translating our strategic intent into tangible features and user experiences on the platform, making sure the user experience is seamless and hassle free

• management and daily coordination with our external development team based in Ukraine

• An important part of your job will be to ensure development of user engagement/“pulse”, to develop user-to-user/“viral” marketing qualities and other ”killer features”

• Critical to our strategy is the development of a culture where ideas can be explored, validated and executed faster. To support this way of thinking and working, transparency, involvement and communication will be essential.  

 

What are we looking for

• You have experience working with PHP, AngularJS, Git (Bitbucket), AWS

• You have both frontend and backend experience

• You have experience being lead architect or lead developer and/or knowledge of agile development methods and process facilitation (ex. Google Five Day Sprint methodology)

• You have knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g. test driven development, continuous integration, etc.)

• You have knowledge and understanding of AI/Deep Learning, htlm/css/wordpress

 

It is a plus if you have

• Startup experience either as a team member or founder

• Experience with market places and SaaS business models

• An innovative and data-driven mindset

• A positive attitude and high energy

• Good communication and motivation skills
