We are looking for a CTO (full-stack developer) with hands-on development and ability to manage a team of techies. Dropboy is delivering an online logistics service for tomorrow’s e-commerce and transport heavy companies, who wish to extend their brand and superior service all the way to the customer's doorstep.

You have been long enough in the game to work independently, and moreover have a desire to lead and work with a team of developers.

We expect you to have sufficient experience with both front- and backend development, not only to produce code work yourself, but to actively be involved in the platform architecture development. You have good process understanding and can effectively lead tech development from idea to solution implementation.

In the role as Chief Technology Officer we are in particular looking for someone with:

• experience in both front- and backend development
• good understanding of database structures for scalable solutions
• ability to show the direction with React Native app and web development 
• good project management skills
• flair for balancing and prioritizing requirements
• motivation for earning equity as part-salary
