Cobiro and the the Customer Success Team are growing fast and we are searching for new full-time Customer Success Advisors. In this position, you will help Cobiro's customers to manage and optimize their online advertising with Google AdWords. You will be joining a fast growing, highly professional and engaged team.

What is Cobiro? 

Cobiro enables any business to setup and automate Google Advertisement without prior experience and with minimal configuration. We're on a mission to make search engine marketing accessible to small and medium sized businesses. And unlike the industry standard - it is completely free to use.

You will be joining a team of 6 other talented Customer Success Advisors, who are curious about new technologies, natural problem solvers and independent proactive thinkers.

The responsibilities include:  

• Assist customers during all stages of their customer journey and ensure success in all of their touchpoints, either by email or via our live chat.
• Investigate the incidents reported by customers and adopt a solution-oriented approach to them.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and gather their feedback. Translate feedback into actions to be taken by the Customer Success and/or other teams.
• Identify customer patterns and apply Business Intelligence for an effective decision-making process.
• Be on the lookout for processes and manual tasks that can be optimized or automated.
• Support the Customer Intelligence Manager by researching and analysing customer, business and market data and intelligence.

The perfect Candidate for this position has:

• Customer-first mindset and preferably experience in a service-oriented organization.
• Content creation and article writing skills (photo/video production skills a plus but not a requirement).
• Qualitative and quantitative data research, collection and analysis skills (previous experience a plus but not a requirement).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Very high personal initiative and the ability to run and lead projects without too much supervision.
• Problem solving skills.
• An open-mind towards flexible working hours. Our world-wide service means that we might need to work some evenings or weekends. (With corresponding planning).
