TwentyThree is a fast growing Copenhagen based company and the proud creators of The Video Marketing Platform.Our customers use TwentyThree primarily for video marketing meaning all online video content on their website and on social platforms. Our mission is to help each and everyone succeed with TwentyThree, and with an ever growing customer base we need a strong team to stick to that ambition.


Our Customer Success team is looking for web-smart students to help support our customers in the field of video marketing.

You will be the face and voice of TwentyThree. That means; helping with and being part of all daily/weekly tasks in the customer success team such as 1st line support and solving issues through chat, phone, and email. You will also be assisting with projects, tracking support data and creating customer insights providing valuable input to our product roadmap.

You are curious about tech, web, digital and enjoy spending hours troubleshooting, testing and solving different levels of complex issues. You also enjoy and excel at explaining technical issues through 1-to-1 contact and have a patient and empathic mindset. You are willing to learn quickly and you think the internet is pretty cool!

Experience from a similar role with customer support/care/service preferably in a techy environment is a plus, but the most important thing is that you enjoy providing and facilitating a great customer experience and service. We are a global company with presence across all time zones so work hours are flexible and we also expect you to be able to work some odd hours in the evening.

You will be working with some of the finest experts in Scandinavia within the field of online video marketing, and your aspiration should be to join that league as well! You will be working with a modern and fast growing SaaS product, and gain valuable insights into product development and the web! You will be joining an ambitious team where we also aim to have a lot of fun with events, parties, and Friday bars. Lunch every day is included together with the rest of the team.

The practicalities:

  • Part-time between 15-20 hours per week.
  • Preferably student within the fields of IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing. 
  • Start date asap
  • Danish and English speaking
  • Phone and Mac included
  • Workplace: TwentyThree HQ located just by the lakes in Copenhagen
