Your main tasks will be to help new customers make the best of our software as a service solution, build a great relationship with them and identify possible up-selling possibilities.
- Setting up customers with the LetsBuild solution
- Training customers to maximise their success with the software
- Taking ownership of the customers’ experiences
- Renewing customers
- Identifying and using up-selling opportunities
- Building and maintaining rapport
- Cooperate and coordination between commercial and product departments.
What you will bring to the table
- Native level Danish and good English skills
- Commercially minded and always looking for solutions
- Customer oriented and problem solving
- Good at building relations
- Good analytical skills as you’ll have to quickly understand users needs
- Experience related to the construction industry is preferred
- Would be great with SaaS og LEAN experience, but not a prerequisite
- Flexible, open minded and easy going
