Lenus is a B2B company providing a cloud-based nutrition and workout software solution that helps empower personal trainers, dieticians, and other health professionals so they can scale their business and still focus on being hands-on with their clients to deliver the best possible outcomes. At Lenus eHealth the Customer Success Manager will take ownership of all matters of making our customer satisfied collaborating with Lenus eHealth. As the manager you will go first on making sure any support needed for our customers are delivered to the best of your knowledge.

That is you are willing to get hands on on delivering the needed support as well as building a team that can deliver at their best.


In the job you will:

  • Be reporting directly to the CEO

  • Be leading the onboarding and support team

  • Be in charge of delegating the support- and onboarding tasks

  • Communicate directly with our Customers, the Tech team as well as our Key account managers

  • Maintain close communication with the above - and take control and follow each support task to the finish line

  • Advise our clients on the platform’s best practices

  • Be able to think and strive for new ways of improving the service and support processes


We expect that you:

  • Be fluent in Danish and English

  • Want to take lead and show the way

  • Have people management experience

  • Happily will be available over email, phone and chat

  • Have worked as a customer success manager in previous jobs where technical support tasks was a big part of the job

  • Be in the office in Copenhagen

  • Get a lot of energy from helping clients and colleagues

  • Like to be part of a team that works hard but has fun while doing it
