Key responsibilities

• Ensure that our users remain true Hufsy fans!!!  
• Onboard new users and manage user queries
• Help develop, improve and maintain our customer support solutions and processes  
• Conduct end user training sessions and set up other initiatives for customer support
• Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to the sales, marketing and development teams 
• Help and assist with other ad-hoc tasks

About you

• Native German speaker. English is the office language and a requirement as well
• You have experience from a Customer Success Management position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Love talking to people and desire to help people through tough issues
• Self-driven and great at taking initiative  
• Interested in building relationships 
• Passionate and energetic in your work

Job description

Hufsy is looking for two talented Customer Success Managers to make a significant impact on our customer relationship management and in turn on the success of the company. In this role, you will report to our management team and help set up our German customer success organization, which gives you the possibility to achieve more responsibility fast. 

Your main task is to ensure that our users remain true Hufsy fans. You will develop, improve and maintain our customer support solutions and processes. Experience using CRM systems is therefore a plus. If you’re this kind of person, get in touch!
