Job description
Hufsy is looking for two talented Customer Success Managers to make a significant impact on our customer relationship management and in turn on the success of the company. In this role, you will report to our management team and help set up our German customer success organization, which gives you the possibility to achieve more responsibility fast.
Your main task is to ensure that our users remain true Hufsy fans. You will develop, improve and maintain our customer support solutions and processes. Experience using CRM systems is therefore a plus. If you’re this kind of person, get in touch!
