Our concept consists of branded mobile games connected to a voucher shop. Users can play their way to real products and experiences by spending time in our games.

You will 

• Manage customer requests on the Zendesk platform.
• Communicate and collaborate with our tech department.
• Gather feedback, report and identify opportunities for service and product improvement.
• Contribute to putting new ideas into practice.

You have 

• A strong sense of customer needs and the ability to communicate with different characters.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills.
• An interest in mobile gaming and tech.
• A desire to work in a start up with all the challenges and opportunities that follow!

You are

• Fluent in Danish both verbal and written; other languages will be an advantage.
• A person who pays attention to detail and follows up on tasks.
