We are Leantech, digital consultancy focused on business work automation. We are small, but performing team based in Copenhagen. Since the establishment in 2012 we have been working on various exciting projects including logistics process automation, image optimisation automation, HR automation platform, automatic real estate evaluation systems, anti-money laundering solutions and and IoT data collection solutions. Our newest challenges lie within financial and robotics industries.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join us, who's fluent in both Danish and English. You’ll be passionate about business work automation, software development, love to meet new people and want to work in a fast-growing environment.

Your goal is to build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This role will allow you to be at the heart of the business and play a major part in our success.

As Business Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Building up and developing your own portfolio of customers.
  • The complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Becoming a vertical expert by understanding your customers’ business, challenges, pains, opportunities and strengths.
  • Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry verticals, related events, publications, and announcements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in identifying business and generating new business leads via the Internet, Telephone or Social media.
  • You speak fluent Danish and have full working proficiency in English.
  • Relevant experience working in service related industry
  • You’re a hunter who loves the thrill of new business and the recognition from contributing to growth and the rewards it delivers.
  • A strong interest in technology, passion for sales and strong communication skills.
  • You are self-driven, reliable and have a responsible work attitude.
  • You possess a track record of meeting your monthly sales targets and proactively ensure that the needed level of sales activities is initiated to be able to do so continuously.
  • Experience using CRM efficiently
