DANSIC is a non-profit organization that explores the opportunities and challenges of social innovation and entrepreneurship. This year we are working on the nexus between mindfulness and sustainability.
As a volunteer in DANSIC, you will be part of an ambitious group of volunteers from various universities, nationalities and professional backgrounds, all caring about sustainability and social innovation.
In DANSIC we value creativity, diversity and peer-to-peer learning. Moreover, we put an emphasis on socializing together over casual pizzas, Friday bars, Christmas lunches, etc.
THE HR CREW
The HR crew makes sure that all the volunteers are happy, motivated, and develop their personal and professional skill, ensuring a strong organizational culture and organizing social activities for the whole organization. As the HR Director in DANSIC, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the HR crew, and be responsible, with the other HR volunteers, of supporting the overall DANSIC goal by recruiting and supporting the volunteers.
As a Director of the HR Crew you will be responsible for:
· Developing an HR strategy together with the board;
· Promoting DANSIC to potential volunteers and recruiting them;
· Planning and facilitating internal workdays, competence development and social events;
· …And more projects if you have any cool ideas!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
The most important is that you have a desire to work with HR and support social innovation. It is preferable if you have some knowledge about HR through your studies, or be interested in working in that field in the future.
As a volunteer in DANSIC it’s important that you are available to:
· Attend the weekly meeting in your crew every Tuesday evening;
· Undertake some ad hoc tasks during the week;
· Attend the monthly social day for all of DANSIC's volunteers;
· Be a part of DANSIC from fall 2019 until late spring 2020, when our Annual General Meeting will be held.
