We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our passionate team.

• We put the user in the driver seat and continually experiment to learn and develop our offering. Be prepared to talk to the customers yourself, engage in discussions and decisions outside your own domain.
• We don’t expect to know it all straight away, so why should you? You will be working in lean iterations solving a few things at the time, rather than specifying up a giant project that only begin when all the unknowns are known. Then it’s too late.
• We are data a driven energy tech company. We make decisions based on data and embrace new technology to create value for customers. We want to create wow-moments, surprise and delight our customers 

In your role you will:

• Set up data collection, process and analyze data from different sources and channels like marketing campaigns, app usage, customer feedback etc.). Deliver data driven insights to optimize conversion and shape our product and strategy going forward
• Design, conduct and lead customer experiments for various digital channels in collaboration with the team 
• Drive rapid prototyping to drive a fast build-measure-learn feedback loop
• Work closely with the product, design, marketing and customer service teams to quickly drive results and learnings to product/service, marketing and operations via experimentation.
• Be responsible for GDPR compliance for your own work area
• Analyze market trends and competitors
• In a start-up everyone gets to do a little bit of everything, so any other tasks needed to create an awesome product, help in a crisis situation and drive the business forward 

We appreciate you to have: 

• Experience from online marketing analytics
• You can query a database and can use code to process data. Good knowledge of tools/languages such as Python, Matlab, SQL, Survey tools, Google Analytics++
• Hands-on experience with the latest digital services, technology and tools.
• Ability to think creatively around data and innovation to find new insights.
• Scientific mindset, strong mathematical/statistical knowledge
• You’ll be spending quite a lot of time doing it in collaboration with the rest of the team, so if you’re not a fan of cross-functional teams Barry might not be your thing after all.
• In start-ups situations and priorities can sometimes change very quickly, so you are open to changes in priorities, used to high pace of working and getting shit done. 
• Understanding of the “new economy” businesses and business models and how change could be facilitated through new and emerging technology
• Hands-on attitude and a huge appetite for learning
• Experience from established consumer businesses or startups or both 
• A positive can-do attitude.
• Good communication and excellent problem solving capabilities.
• Fluent in Danish, excellent in English both written and spoken.
• Experience with AWS, Serverless frameworks or machine learning is an advantage
