WakeupData is an online data integration platform, which helps online businesses automate and optimize product information data through high-quality data integrations, maximizing ROI without the need for developers. WakeupData helps hundreds of clients to sell with the most effective content to hundreds of channels worldwide – i.e.: Amazon, Google Shopping and Facebook. Our clients are ecommerce professionals and Data Driven Agencies located in Scandinavia, UK and Ireland.

Scope and responsibilities

Due to our rapidly evolving platform and clientele, we are now looking for an person who would be asked to create and maintain data feed integrations and support clients using WakeupData.

The role requires strong communication and being comfortable handling computers and web-based software. You responsibilities will be:

• Evaluating and understanding current client product data feeds and digital marketing efforts

• Creating product feeds

• Creating integrations

• Identifying opportunities for upsell in cross collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success Managers.

• Assisting our marketing team with content and case documentation

• Trobleshooting and noting down bugs or errors if required

• Attending weekly customer success management team meetings

The right person for this position will be required to have a basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce. In this position, you will be working with our Customer Success Managers, reporting to the Product Manager.

Desired skills and experience :

• A Bachelor in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Information Management and/or experience in SaaS.

• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, PLA, etc.

• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English

• Passion for being a part of something bigger

• Knowledge in Web APIs or basic programming is a very big plus
