We're building the future sports wearables for professionals and amateur sportsmen based on breathing measurement, using a new type of sensor and other latest technologies. We help athletes reach their maximal potential and push their limits one step further. As a member of our team, you'll be part of a young startup with a great future and work directly on the development of our early product. We're a team of 4 people and the two co-founders are engineers with experience in entrepreneurship.

Are you passionate about sports and technologies?

We are looking for a part-time or full-time intern to join our small team, starting as soon as possible. 
You will have many responsibilities and work directly with the processing of the data we gather, which consist of the heart rate, the breathing data and other measurements, and correlate it with body metabolism. It will enable you to apply and increase your knowledge very fast, as well as discover the startup life.

Your tasks:

    - Designing powerful real-time algorithms (MATLAB and/or embedded C)
    - Find useful correlations and set up experiment to validate them
    - User-friendly data visualization
    - Evaluate the potential and implement machine learning improvements
   

Possibility of working with:

    - Embedded software (porting the algorithms to ARM platform)
    - Patenting of the algorithm
    - Any other company task you may want to learn about

Why do we need you?

StepUp Air has received early funding and is now part of the Go Grow accelerator. We are currently testing our product with sportspeople and many aspect needs to be improve before having a product we can be proud of.
