The opportunity

The job presents a unique opportunity to lead a creative team, and take charge of both brand and user experience within a well-funded startup. Responsibilities include:

• Spearhead a creative team within Cobiro working on both product development and marketing assets.
• Design user-centered digital solutions and formalise a generic UI kit.
• Develop, expand and streamline brand guidelines and assets.
• Recruit and nurture talent.
• Build design specifications, wireframes and clickable / animated prototypes.
• Work closely with the development team to develop your creatives into production code.
• Contribute to development of the product roadmap.

Your skills:

• 4+ years experience within UX and UI design. Proven track-record.
• Team leadership experience - great communicator and motivator.
• A passion for building easy to use, delightful user experiences.
• Ability to prioritise your time and effort to ensure most impact.
• Strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail.
• Familiar with the architecture and constraints of web applications.
• Expert user of Sketch and Photoshop. Bonus: Principle app & Invision expert.
