In the role as Student Digital Designer, your job is to support and help extend creative direction across iOS, Android, desktop and mobile websites used by +1 million danes. In Tradono & Trendsales’ fast-paced environment, you’ll work alongside our Design Lead as part of a multidisciplinary product team that will push you creatively and professionally. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our recently rebranded visual language for a variety of projects and product features

Responsibilities 

• In corporation with skilled colleagues you'll be defining the problems, developing concepts, writing copy, sketching wireframes and testing your ideas, executing crisp high-fi designs using Sketch, finishing off with product kickoff with developers.
• Collaborate across disciplines with Product Managers, Developers and Marketeers
• Present work internally and be actively involved in feedback/workshops
• Work on 2-3 projects at a time
• 20h a week (daytime but we are flexible)

Qualifications 

• +1 year of experience or internship in a comparable role
• Preferably a few years into a Design degree from DMJX, KEA, ITU or similar
• Mastery of industry standard software (preferably Sketch)
• Familiar with prototyping tools of any kind (Invision, Origami etc.)
• Strong sense of design principles and practices – gestalt principles, color theory, typography
• A strong grasp of web standards, interaction, mobile experiences, and responsive design
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals
• Work iteratively and have an eagerness to learn
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• An online or PDF portfolio full of relevant work
• Fluent in English and/or Danish
