As Digital Marketing and Sales Manager, you will have the responsibility to develop and refine PauseAble’s marketing approach by identifying new opportunities within the framework of customers, segments, channels and business intelligence, in order to enable PauseAble to achieve our growth ambitions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop our value proposition and USP.
- Identify new sales opportunities, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns on relevant ad platforms
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence and support an engaged audience
- Create Buzz! Develop great stories and make sure they reach our potential customers
- Develop our marketing material (customer stories, video, blog posts, etc)
- Maintain and develop our media distribution list with most relevant editors, journalists and bloggers for our business
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights in the health, wellness and meditation industry, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Managing marketing budget

You are a strategic thinker and numbers driven. You know how to fuel insights with qualitative and quantitative data and you are not afraid of technical details.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- A track record of growing a consumer base and product from almost no consumers to several hundred thousand.
- Work experience with SEM ad platforms (Search, Display, Gmail Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Understanding of content driven products and target groups.
- A data-driven mind-set, as well as a very analytical approach that always considers the ROI of every marketing tactic.
- The ability to analyze, report and elaborate on Marketing Data in order to control performance.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Creative copywriting a plus
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- +3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO and analysing data and developing brands from early stage in new and creative ways.
- Past leadership of a growing team – ideally from 1 team member to a minimum of 5-10, is a plus.
