ABOUT THE JOB

You will assist our Sales and Marketing Manager directly with building and optimizing a digital sales funnel at our go-to-market in the EU, and further on automating it.

The work will be very hands-on and we will give you all the tools you need. You will learn to draw and understand the bigger picture in marketing and sales processes and why lead generation is one of the most important elements of digital marketing.

The goal is to generate traffic, nurture leads and optimize the sales funnel for online conversion through email and Facebook campaigns and automate their setup – very powerful tools to create commercial success.

ABOUT YOU

• You are studying marketing on graduate or post-graduate level, or you just finished your studies and want to gain hands-on experience

• You have a strong sense of ownership of your task

• You are familiar with pull marketing techniques and sales funnels

• Job-related experience is a strong plus

• You are tech savvy, analytical, customer-centric and goal-oriented

• You are able to prioritize tasks and work with big amounts of data

• Growth hacking mentality and strategic mindset is a big plus, but not a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating and executing Facebook lead and lookalike campaigns for a new product based on a converting template

• Setting up email campaign with Mailchimp and automating them through different tools

• Assisting with planning and executing lead-generating advertising campaigns in order to generate traffic and leads that can be picked up by the sales team

• Measuring performance on digital platforms

• Taking care of lead acquisition and improving metrics through understanding and learning
