We are looking for a creative and analytical Fashion Digital Marketing Manager, who is native in the current digital landscape, and has passion for digital innovation, as well as possesses strong project management skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively plan digital marketing strategies and creative campaigns for Vald Agency's designers, aligning goals, investment and priorities with all the involved sides,
• Lead, manage and execute all digital projects, coordinate all participants,
• Create innovative digital marketing tactics that are aligned with key brand moments to grow the community and drive brand awareness,
• Set and manage KPI’s to show ROI, use after evaluation insights to develop further strategies,
• Build new and manage existing partnerships and initiatives,
• Manage the digital budget in partnership with Vald Agency's management,
• Standard company working hours, flexibility required during busy periods.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of working experience in fashion digital communications,
• Experience in ideation, planning and management of successful digital and social media campaigns,
• Proactive, highly organised and self-motivated person with attention to detail, deadlines and quality,
• Excellent English written and verbal skills; has knowledge in copywriting, as well as in defining and maintaining brand's voice,
• Must be able to demonstrate quality digital media and influencer relationships,
• Collaborative team player with openness to new ideas,
• Confident personality who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, and who can stay focused on projects from developing the vision to evaluating the results,
• Passionate about the changing landscape of digital marketing, as well as PR, retail, e-commerce, consumer trends and new tools/technologies.
