Talent Garden is a co-working space for 350 entrepreneurs and a school for innovation, both based in Copenhagen. Our community on Holmen is a collaboration between Rainmaking and the European Talent Garden network. Rainmaking facilitates entrepreneurship across four workspaces in greater Copenhagen. Talent Garden has 23 campuses across Europe. Our Innovation School provides training, courses and full educational programmes within digital technologies, innovation, coding, data, design, marketing.

About the position 

We are now recruiting new team members to join Talent Garden Rainmaking in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for the overall branding and marketing strategy for Talent Garden in Denmark. Your main focus will be Talent Garden Innovation School. However, it will also be a part of your role to identify how we can position Talent Garden at large, including our co-working and event activities. Your colleagues will be the Talent Garden Rainmaking team in Copenhagen and the Talent Garden headquarter in Milan, Italy. We have an informal and fast-paced culture, where we want people to thrive in the full sense of the word. We enjoy team dinners and throw some pretty great parties

Key tasks

• Your main focus is to create and implement digital marketing campaigns, and monitor results based on your marketing strategies, plans, and budgets

• Content marketing and social media; creative, visual and written content for and manage the main channels; website, facebook, instagram, LinkedIn (later YouTube and newsletters).

• Google Analytics, website content creation, and writing SEO-optimised text.

• Ensuring ongoing successful results from the SEO & Adwords agency. Knowledge and experience with SEO is an advantage.

• We are a team in the early growth phase, and we are looking for a candidate who is open-minded, active and flexible in terms of working on a range of activities. These include: making events, creating new material for the innovation school, and doing market research.

About you

• You have work experience within digital marketing, SoMe, and content creation.

• You have a strong business sense, distinct visual flair, and the ability to execute. Additionally, you are able to monitor results: traffic, leads, conversion, and sales.

• You feel motivated by challenges and a high level of responsibility.

• You are excellent in both written and spoken English and Danish.

• You are skilled in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

• Minimum 4-5 years highly relevant work experience within Digital Marketing and an academic background.
