The job

As a Lead Product Designer at Conferize, you’ll be a key player in all areas of our design, prototypes and product work. In cooperation with our Head of Product Design you’ll turn user insights into easy-to-use solutions and congenial design, and work with our engineering team to make them a reality.

You

• You have at least 3 years professional experience with digital product design from an online service or tool.

• You are a user advocate and you’ll fight to your last breath to ensure that our products are intuitive and create value for our users.

• You’re a top of the class visual designer, but you know it’s only a part of crafting the best possible experience.

• You’ve been part of a product driven organisation and have at least a couple of years of hands-on UX and design experience creating professional digital products.

• You have a collaborative spirit and are a creative problem-solver

• You best friends are (probably) Sketch and InVision.

• You have a portfolio of work demonstrating UX methodologies, problem solving and crisp designs.

• You speak and write English fluently
