We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with at least 2-4 years of agile project management experience to join our innovative work environment here at Novorésumé. Your mission is to help your team define and understand project requirements, develop a plan and keep track of progress, and assure your team delivers the project on time. You have effective leadership skills as well as a passion for collaboration with colleagues in other disciplines, and you want to be part of a young an exciting start-up environment.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

Apart from requiring a passion for creating digital experiences which inspire and delight audiences, this role requires you to:

• Have the will to end galactic unemployment.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, visual design/UX and technical development and estimating resources, time and materials.
• Manage the risks and issues arising from projects and communicate as necessary to stakeholders. Also provide the ongoing management of these issues and risks to ensure they are resolved correctly.
• Manage resources, cross-functional team communication, and weekly stand-ups.
• Offer a hands-on approach, a good sense of prioritization and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Be involved in all project kick off meetings to help determine team strategy, milestones, scope, and production schedule — be the person who understands the requirements the most.
• Establish project KPIs together with stakeholders and monitor success.
• Work closely with the CEO to ensure a smooth process and project completion.
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of each member involved in any particular project.
• Anticipate obstacles and overcome them with your team in a proactive manner.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
• Familiarity with a variety of technical platforms and project management tools.
