We're looking for a talented copywriter and customer support specialist to join our online marketing team in our Copenhagen headquarters. You will become part of a rapidly growing online company that is strengthening its efforts within our fast-growing segment of Dutch-speaking customers.

Are you passionate about copywriting and creating compelling online content in Dutch? Do you like the challenge of writing to small businesses in the Netherlands? Do you have what it takes to provide friendly and comprehensive support to our users?

Responsibilities

• Copywriting and editing our online media, such as websites (https//debitoor.com), blogs, forums, help sections, and newsletters
• Establishing our Dutch website
• Handle regularly submitted email newsletters
• Gather material for case stories and testimonials, including researching and writing case story articles
• Localisation and rewriting of web content
• Creating copy for adverts and paid marketing campaigns
• Handle customer engagement through online support, conducting customer interviews, and gathering feedback
• Social media marketing on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube

Requirements

• Excellent Dutch copywriting and editing skills
• Perfect command of Dutch with a dedicated focus on grammatical and idiomatic accuracy
• Currently studying a Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or similar
• You are looking for challenges and are not afraid to try something new
• You thrive with responsibility, are well organised, and can work independently
• Hands-on experience creating content for blogs, wikis, newsletters, forums, or social media is preferred

Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is indeed an advantage, but not a requirement. Also, some experience creating content for SEO and SEM would be a plus.
