Executive assistant to the partners at Blazar Capital

The team member we are looking for is an assistant to the partners, who can assist on daily tasks. You will be given a large amount of responsibility, taking part in the daily operation of management tasks and become an integrated part of the team. 

 

Your role at Blazar Capital

  • Working directly with the experienced management team, with backgrounds from McKinsey, Axcel and The Hut Group, on a daily basis
  • Taking full control of the administrative tasks immediate to the management team and gain great insights on how to run and launch a start-up
  • Be in charge of the social and professional events to be hosted, conducted and managed at the office for internal and external partners
  • Spearheading essential parts of our daily operations including, but not exclusively, financial controlling, office management, events management, external communication and -relation etc.
  • Directing and supporting the management team on day-to-day tasks to make sure that everything is running as it should
  • The role is part-time with expected workload around 15-20 hours per week (with flexibility during exams)

 

Your profile

  • You’re available to work out of our central Copenhagen Office located at Købmagergade.
  • You’re well-formulated and proficient in both Danish and English
  • You’re capable of taking responsibility individually, but also to function well in teams- You’re driven and willing to drive projects forward yourself while embracing the responsibility given at Blazar Capital
  • You’re organized and structured and have an eye for detail
  • You’re most likely studying and looking for a job next to your studies
