The role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive management in the successful operation and development of Seaborg. You will act as the CEO's right hand and will be handling activities that span day-today operations, business administration, planning, HR and internal operation, culture preservation, representation with corporate and policy stakeholders, and more. You must be able to act proactively to ensure the sustainable growth of a fast scaling company and an international mindset and multicultural adaptivity will be needed, as well as a structured approach to creating order in a high pace, high stakes environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the CEO on variety of tasks;
• Represent the company in relations with investors, strategic partners, policy makers, etc.;
• Support management in the day-to-day operations and execution;
• Take HR responsibilities including legal work, hiring and on-boarding of new team members, internship administration;
• Support organizational and strategic development;
• Coordinate and manage publicly funded projects, including administration and accounting;
• Perform a wide range of administrative tasks;
• Organize meetings and workshops and coordinate and execute projects related to business development, regulatory assessment, internal culture and operations, etc.;

• Relevant experience from position(s) with similar responsibilities;
• Experience from start-up organizations or similar high-growth enterprises is an advantage.
