If your drive is to simplify and write clean functional code, and like doing so around awesome people in a nice office, please read on! 

Your focus area will be primarily in our backend code. This means, we do not expect you to work on the “full stack” or tasks involving front-end and graphical tasks.

If you have experience and interest in working with other areas of development e.g. CMS, CSS or infrastructure, we see that as a plus but not a necessity.

Lendme’s backend consists of well-structured code, written in-house. We work with the latest technologies on Linux platforms. Our code base is currently 75% PHP and 25% TypeScript (Angular).

In a small and fast moving company like LendMe, it is important that everybody feels responsible for following personally assigned tasks through to completion, and take ownership over development tasks and continuous improvements. Experience and proven competencies are more important to us than a diploma or a formal education.

TYPICAL TASKS YOU WILL WORK ON

We are constantly building new integrations to banks and partners. This means you will work on:

• various API technologies such as REST and SOAP
• sourcing, storing and exchange of data with public and closed registers
• automated test systems for our own API and web-site
• expansion of our MySQL database as we integrate new data sources
