We are happy to open the role as Finance Manager and become responsible for the financial health of one of the most promising global football businesses. With more than 650,000 youth players, Tonsser has become the leading app and hub for youth players, coaches and clubs in Europe. Now we are ready to take the next big steps towards our ambitious goal of bringing the entire ecosystem together on one platform and create a more democratized industry.

The next phase is mouthwateringly exciting including an aggressive expansion strategy and officially opening to clubs and scouts to become the defacto gateway where clubs and players match. To unlock our commercial ambitions we are happy to open the position as Finance Manager to build and own the financial operations as we discover new opportunities and complexity while building a category winner.

In a crazy passionate team packed with football and tech pioneers, we are looking for the perfect financial counter-fit to the existing management and founder team to take ownership of financial management, infrastructure, reporting and generally assist the management team in making key strategic decisions made on financial intelligence.

What you will need to succeed

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Min. 5 years full-time work experience in a key company-wide finance capacity
• Diverse experience from such as strategy consulting, venture capital and successful startups
• Experience managing a P&L and the underlying business processes
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple high priority projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day financial health of the company
• Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information 
• Own, optimize and run financial opportunities, controlling and budget
• End to end financial reporting to the CEO, management, board and authorities
• Assist the leadership team in making strategic decisions based on financial intelligence
• Challenge status quo, processes and seek excellence across the organisation
