Airtame is seeking a financial controller with a clear sense of order and control of numbers to join our finance team. This team is primarily responsible for developing the financial function of the company and supporting the rapid growth of Airtame.

Your tasks:

• Management of debtor and creditor accounts, including bookkeeping.
• Secure invoice approvals etc.
• Management of bank payments.
• Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts.
• Reporting of VAT and Intrastat.
• Implement best-in-class financial procedures and guidelines together with the finance team.
• Participation in preparation of monthly and year-end closing.
• Controlling and internal reporting.
• Active participating in team projects and other process improvements for the finance function, including implementation of a new ERP system.

Requirements 

• Relevant educational background - HD(R) or HA.
• Experience with accounting and reporting, including knowledge about the Danish accounting act.
• Good understanding of VAT rules and practice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with an  ERP system.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks at a time independently.
