The Role:

Your main challenge will be to maintain financial control of our fast-growing business.

This requires a constant need for development and implementation of efficient processes and standards for accounting, tracking and reporting. The objective is to liberate the financial resources to be proactive players in the development of the business, based on KPIs, analysis and benchmarking.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and highly driven number-juggler whose backbone is financial. You must be able to work under time pressure and assist the CEO in delivering an accurate outcome that stands up successfully to management and investors.

You feel comfortable in a constantly changing environment and thrive in driving change yourself as well as getting your hands dirty in day-to-day operations.

We do work with external bookkeeping and salary payments are automated. You won't have to work with this, you will work with our most critical financial tasks.

Our group of investors and advisors are ready to support you with expertise and knowledge.

We're looking for either a part-time or a full-time financial manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating an improved and accurate budget with great mathematical calculations on revenue, capacity and expense predictions.
  • Make a client deposit refund model
  • Make a client deposit accounting model
  • Making a model for the deposit percentage
  • Ensure quality of financial documents - invoices, credit notes, deposit requests etc.
  • Model for inaccurate payments received from clients
  • Create a surcharge system for urgent payments, late payments, force surcharge fee, additional support and other things that require additional work from our side.
  • Help out with the financials of our board material and reporting, might include relevant analysis and statistical work.
  • Make money flow return model.

Abilities and Skills:

  • Financial background preferably with a University degree.
  • Min. 2 years of related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Danish Finance, Tax and State-system is a prerequisite.
  • Great experience with Excel, Google Sheets and keen on supplementing with reporting software solutions.
  • An eye for detail with keeping the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • A structured, thorough approach to assignments and deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication skills in the English language.

Where?

Our main office is located at CSE, on CBS's Porcelænshaven campus. The average working hours is 09:00 - 17:00, but we use them more as guidelines than regulations.
