About PV Production (PVP)

PV Production is a mobile gaming and tech production company working with global clients to produce innovative and best in class products. We are a relatively small team of specialists with years of experience within the industry. We love what we do and want to deliver outstanding service and quality.

You will 

• Be in charge of producing new mobile games and keep the current games up to date.
• Plan, estimate and manage the production of all our new games.  
• Drive daily standup meetings with the teams.
• Plan day to day tasks for developers, designers, animators, level production, and test team.
• Write game specs together with the design team for new features. 
• Manage our current games and plan updates.
• Manage the production roadmap together with our Lead Game Dev and Business Developer. 
• Analyze data and propose optimization tasks for our games in collaboration with game designers. 
• Ensure that the best creative solutions are implemented and delivered in time and on budget.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, game concepts, etc. 

You are

• A game producer with +3 years of relevant experience and multiple projects released.
• A person who knows those details and design matter.
• A person with strong knowledge of UX.
• A person who has a great experience working with JIRA, Confluence, flow charts, etc.
• A person who knows the difference between a good and awesome user experience. 
• A strong facilitator and presenter.
• A communicator in English.
• A team player with a systematic approach. 
• A good friend that will add something unique to our playful culture.
